Had to buy a pressure washer to clean my deck, so I also got the foam cannon for the cars. Wow. This is a total game changer, I can wash a car in half the time I used to, and get great results. If you haven’t tried one yet, give it a shot, the foam thing was only $17 from Amazon.
That’s the results of about 15 minutes of work. Normally I never put th e spoiler up, I think it looks better down, but it’s got to be up to dry the car, otherwise as soon as I drive the water starts streaming out from under it and makes the back dirty again.
Also featured, my new top. $2k hurt to spend, but damn. Transformed the car.

I do the same thing. My wife liked the results of pressure washing our porch and decks so much she got me one for Father’s Day.
The new top looks great on your Porsche!

Looks great! I don’t have a pressure washer but I recently got a soap dispenser regular hose gun and man are my washes nicer than before. Not 15 minutes, but I think I spend more time drying the car than cleaning it.
Do you avoid the top or just lower the pressure?

Though the foam canon is meant for prewash use before rinsing and then a two bucket wash. Sometimes I will prewash, rinse, re-form the car, then using a bucket of water with a grit guard in, I’ll go round panel by panel but only if I know the car is only slightly dirty. Otherwise I re-form and still do a two bucket wash, merely using the foam to aid softening any remaining dirt further.
But it's also good fun spraying foam all over the car.

I did it as a prewash then went around panel by panel with foam and a lamb wool mitt rinsing it off with the pressure washer. Realistically it was 95% there with a foam and pressure rinse, this car doesn’t get caked in mud or anything.

I went with lower pressure on the roof. Drying was mostly just shooting it with my leaf blower then following up with a cloth for the little bit left.

Ye’, the pre-wash does away with a lot of the dirt but a contact wash like you did is still needed to remove traffic film, the final bit of dirt, etc...
I do often see new users snow foam, rinse and wonder why there is still dirt, or snow foam, rinse then dry, rubbing into the paint all that fine grit like dirt. Ouch.

Thanks. This’ll really make you want one. This deck was built 1.5yr ago.
